Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us.  We want you to be as stoked on your karting goodies as we are, so if you aren’t stoked, please let us know.  You can return most new, unopened items for a full refund. We will even pay the shipping if we deem it is our fault (ie, damaged product, incorrect items)  We want you to shop with us again and again, so we will do our best to make it right.  

 

Contact us at orders@fdmkarting.com with a proof of purchase (a receipt or order number will do) to initiate any return or exchange.  You should expect your refund or exchange to process within 4 weeks of initiating return shipping, but most returns will process quicker than that.  

Returned items must be un-installed, un-worn, un-used.  Please don’t go run a sprocket and send it back.  If you receive a sprocket and don’t like the quality, the color, or we sent you the wrong one, let us know and we will make it right.  

Chassis, complete karts, used items, and digital items like gift cards cannot be returned. Other exceptions may apply.  Some returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Clearance items can be returned for store credit only.  

If you feel your item was damaged in shipping please contact us ASAP, and at minimum within 7 days of receiving the item.  We will need photos of the box and packing in order to file a claim with the shipping company so do not discard original packing materials.  

This policy is valid for 30 days.  Any returns after 30 days from date of purchase can be rejected.  We will do our best to accept them, but will only be able to offer store credit after 30 days.
